Will night curfew be a new cause of Anxiety?
The past year 2019-2023 was a difficult one for the world due to the unprecedented coronavirus pandemic. This virus spread rapidly between people, especially when an infected person was in close contact with another person, or through discharge from the nose or droplets of saliva when an infected person coughed or sneezed. The pandemic caused economic and mental health issues, with people becoming isolated in their homes and facing unemployment. To combat the rising cases of Covid-19, the government held a lockdown, which caused further difficulty for children and young people.
Fear of contracting the virus caused many other conditions, and although the lockdown was successful in stopping the spread of the virus, cases are now rising again. This has caused a great deal of distress and anxiety in people, and it is heartbreaking to see how many people have been affected by the virus and have died. To prevent further damage, the government has implemented a night curfew from 10 pm to 5 am, which has caused further anxiety in people.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has taken the impact of the crisis on people’s mental health very seriously and is monitoring the situation together with national authorities. Anxiety can be managed with the help of Xanax, a prescription medication that works on the Central Nervous System to produce a calming effect and reduce symptoms of anxiety. Experts and doctors prescribe Xanax bars 2 mg to give the mind relaxation and make the brain calm.
In conclusion, the pandemic year has been a challenging one, with many people suffering from fear and anxiety. Thankfully, these symptoms can be managed with the help of Xanax medication.
